Steamed Pork Ribs

Soak the ribs in water and add some cooking wine; after taking them out, use kitchen paper to absorb the water

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, sugar, and pepper

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, and stir well; the ready-made steamed meat powder you buy is five-scented, so you can add as little or no salt as possible when seasoning the ribs.

Pour the steamed meat powder and stir evenly, try to make every piece of meat stick to the powder

Cut the pumpkin into thin slices; take a large plate and put a piece of tin foil on it

Arrange the pumpkin slices on tin foil, then put the ribs on the pumpkin slices

Seal the mouth with tin foil, and steam for 45 minutes on the steamer; sprinkle the steamed ribs with chopped green onion, you can put some hot oil on the chopped green onion
Tips:
