I have never made steamed pork ribs at home. I just went to the supermarket and saw a steamed meat powder. I bought a bag and tried it at home! Pumpkin slices are placed underneath. Pumpkin with gravy is more delicious than meat!

Ingredients

1. Soak the ribs in water and add some cooking wine; after taking them out, use kitchen paper to absorb the water

2. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, sugar, and pepper

3. Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, and stir well; the ready-made steamed meat powder you buy is five-scented, so you can add as little or no salt as possible when seasoning the ribs.

4. Pour the steamed meat powder and stir evenly, try to make every piece of meat stick to the powder

5. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices; take a large plate and put a piece of tin foil on it

Tips:
