Steamed pork ribs is a famous Han Chinese dish in Sichuan, belonging to Sichuan cuisine. Marinate the ribs to taste, sprinkle in steamed rice noodles and water, then spread on the sweet potato cubes, put in a pot and steam until cooked. Serve. Steamed pork rice noodles can be used to make delicious steamed pork ribs. Although the pork ribs are fat but not greasy after being steamed, they are soft and savory, but the savory sweet potato cubes are the essence of this dish. The ribs are wrapped in soft rice noodles, and the mouth is soft, fragrant and tender. Today we use an electric steamer to restore this classic home cooking.

Tips:
