Steamed Pork Ribs

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the corn and break out the corn kernels

3. Wash the ribs and drain the water

4. Season the ribs with light soy sauce, brine sauce, oil, salt, cooking wine, and potato powder

5. Mix the seasonings evenly and marinate for 2 hours

8. Boil hot water in a pot and steam for 25 minutes on high heat.

Tips:

Marinate the ribs for a longer time, it will be more delicious
