Steamed Pork Ribs

Prepare the ingredients: ribs, shiitake mushrooms, garlic, green onions.

Wash the green onions and chop them into chopped green onions. Remove the garlic and chop into minced garlic.

Clean the ribs and soak them in water for about 15 minutes. Change the water several times in the middle to soak out the blood as much as possible.

Add a moderate amount of water to the shiitake mushrooms.

Drain the soaked ribs, add minced garlic, light soy sauce, and salt.

Mix well and marinate for about 5 minutes.

Clean the soaked shiitake mushrooms, cut off the stalks, and cut the shiitake mushrooms according to your preference. If you like, you don’t need to cut the whole.

Add the shiitake mushrooms to the marinated ribs and mix well.

Put the ribs on a plate, add appropriate amount of water to the pot and cook on high heat. After the water is boiled, add the ribs. Cover the lid and steam for about 15 minutes. Once cooked, the ribs will not taste good when they are steamed for too long.

After the pork ribs are steamed, take them out, sprinkle some chopped green onion, and start eating.
Tips:
Soak the ribs in the water, change the water several times in the middle, try to soak the blood, so that the steamed ribs will be more fragrant, and you can put it in the refrigerator in summer to soak.
Shiitake mushrooms should be fully soaked and steamed to be more delicious.
