Steamed Pork Ribs
1.
Wash the ribs and soak the bleeding water.
2.
Remove the soaked ribs to control the water, add the condiments in the auxiliary materials and mix well.
3.
Take an appropriate amount of brown mashed small half bowl of water. The steamed meat powder will be dry when put into the ribs, and it will be more moist when steamed with a little water. You can also pour in oil and stir if you are not afraid of greasy.
4.
Pour the brown sugar water into the well-mixed ribs and marinate in a bowl in the refrigerator. The ribs will be more flavorful if the marinating time is longer.
5.
Take a small half cup of millet, wash and soak.
6.
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into pieces, and put a little steamed meat powder on them.
7.
Stir the millet into the marinated ribs, pour the steamed meat powder and mix well. I use the five-scented steamed meat powder. If you like spicy, you can choose the spicy flavor.
8.
Put the mixed ribs on top of the sweet potatoes and steam for 15 minutes in an electric pressure cooker.
9.
A steamed pork ribs is ready, take it out of the pot and enjoy it.
Tips:
Because the steamed meat powder itself contains salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce and bean paste are added when marinating, so there is no need to add additional salt, and the taste is just right.
