Steamed Pork Ribs

Use scallion ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, Pixian bean paste (or leave it alone), pepper, salt, sugar, steamed fish soy sauce, and stir well.

Marinate for an hour.

Sprinkle with five-spice rice noodles and mix well.

Steam on the pot for 40 minutes. Use chopsticks to pierce the ribs, and it will be fine.
