Steamed Pork Ribs
1.
No steamed meat powder? It’s easy to say, do it yourself, don’t lose the supermarket at all: without adding oil to the wok, put the right amount of small yellow rice and white rice into the pot and stir-fry slowly, add chili, cinnamon, aniseed, pepper, and bay leaves in turn and turn together. Stir-fry, wait until the rice in the pot becomes brown and ready to be served.
2.
Put the fried rice into a food processor and polish it. You don't need to polish it too finely. The steamed meat powder is ready. If you cook too much at a time, you can store it in a fresh-keeping bag.
3.
Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chili oil, and oyster sauce to the blanched ribs and marinate for 2 hours to add flavor to the ribs.
