Steamed Pork Ribs

1. Wash the ribs, cut the potatoes into a hob, chop the green onion and ginger, and prepare the rice noodles.

2. Pour the ribs and potatoes into a large bowl, add soy sauce, rice noodles, sugar, salt, and chicken essence.

3. Grab the potatoes and ribs with your hands, and put rice noodles on top of each piece.

4. Spread the ribs on the bottom of the plate.

5. Spread the ribs on the potatoes.

6. Steam in a pot on cold water.
