Steamed Pork Ribs and Pumpkin Cup
1.
After the ribs are washed and cut into pieces, add green onions, ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to marinate for half an hour.
2.
When pickling, just change the knife to the pumpkin, and use a spoon to hollow out the flesh and seeds inside. Use a knife to scratch the inside of the pumpkin for easy steaming.
3.
Boil the marinated ribs in the steamed rice noodles, so that the ribs are covered with rice noodles.
4.
Add water to a boil in a double boiler, steam the ribs and pumpkin. Cover the ribs with plastic wrap when steaming.
5.
Steam for about 20 minutes. The ribs are well cooked. Put the ribs in the pumpkin bowl and continue steaming for about 15 minutes. (When the pumpkin is steaming, it’s best to put a plate underneath it, so it’s easier to take it out, I forgot to put it, it almost rotted when I took it)
6.
Out of the pot, sprinkle onion froth to decorate it!
7.
The pumpkin is sweet and soft, and the ribs are crispy, so delicious that you can't stop it!
Tips:
The marinating time of the meat can be extended to make it more delicious.
Steamed pumpkin is best to be steamed on a plate, so it won’t spoil the shape if you take it out.
