Steamed Pork Ribs with Bamboo Fungus

Soak the bamboo fungus in water for about 10 minutes to wash and remove the mesh coat.

Fly over the water, add all the seasonings, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Put the bamboo fungus on the plate.
4.
Place the marinated ribs on top of bamboo fungus, and steam in a steamer for about 25 minutes.
5.
It can be taken out and served directly when cooked.
