Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Beans and Peppers

Prepare the raw materials; soak the ribs in water in advance;

Put the tempeh, minced chili, minced ginger and garlic, light soy sauce and other ingredients into a bowl;

Stir them evenly;

Cover it, put it in the refrigerator and let it marinate for more than three hours;

Take the marinated ribs out and put them in a bowl, and wrap them in plastic wrap;

Put it in the steamer and steam for 20 minutes;

Take out the steamed ribs and sprinkle some chopped green onions on the surface.
Tips:
1. This is a steamed dish, so it is very important to marinate the ribs in advance. Season the ribs and put them in the refrigerator to marinate for more than three hours;
2. When steaming vegetables, cover with plastic wrap or cover to avoid too much water vapor left in the vegetables;
3. The time for steaming ribs is related to the number, size and firepower of the ribs. Please adjust it yourself.
