Steamed Pork Ribs with Chopped Pepper and Yam
1.
Wash the iron rod yam, peeled and cut the hob block and put it in the dish. (Lipu taro is also better)
2.
Dice tomatoes and set aside.
3.
Put the ribs in the pelvis, add two pinches of soda and keep grasping with your hands. Grabbing the ribs with soda can make the ribs smooth and tender and well cooked.
4.
Wash the grabbed ribs twice with water, and keep grabbing them with your hands.
5.
Add a little salt to the washed pork ribs and continue to grasp it with your hands to make it shiny.
6.
Add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar and continue to mix well.
7.
Then add chopped pepper, tempeh, diced tomatoes and a little cornstarch.
8.
Grab it with your hands
9.
Pour in a little sesame oil at the end.
10.
Spread the delicious ribs on the yam. Put the steamer on the heat, boil the water, put it on the high heat for about 20 minutes, and see that the ribs are tightened and the bones exposed.
11.
Remove, sprinkle shredded green onion and coriander. (If you like more fragrant, you can pour some hot pepper oil.)
