Steamed pork ribs is a very very homely dish. The main ingredient is pork ribs. The method used is steamed. There is a steamed pork ribs with garlic and black bean sauce in Cantonese cuisine. Eat!" A little change of home cooking can make it unique and please the family.

Steamed Pork Ribs with Dried Fish

1. Prepare materials

2. Wash the ribs, mix well with oil, salt, soy sauce and cornstarch, and marinate for 1 hour

3. Add the cleaned dried fish and mix well

4. Add garlic

5. Boil the water in the steamer, add the dried fish and ribs, and steam for 10 minutes on high heat

6. Sprinkle with diced chili and diced spring onion and steam for 1 minute

Tips:

1. In the selection of ribs, choose fat and thin ribs, not all lean meat, otherwise there is no oil in the meat, and the steamed ribs will be more firewood;
2. Corn starch should be added to the marinated ribs to make the ribs tender and smooth;
3. It takes 1 hour to marinate the ribs, and the tasty ribs are delicious.
