Steamed Pork Ribs with Drum Sauce and Pork Liver

Cut pork ribs into cubes, slice pork liver, chop bean drum slightly, chop garlic, chop green onion into small pieces

Add all seasonings, bean drum and garlic to the ribs, and marinate the pork liver with only a small amount of salt, sugar, pepper and corn starch

Marinate the ribs and liver for about 15 minutes
