Steamed Pork Ribs with Mushroom Vermicelli

Wash the ribs in blanching water and remove the scum.

Let the marinade marinate for 30 minutes.

The vermicelli shiitake mushrooms are separately soaked in the water used for soaking shiitake mushrooms.

Cut the shiitake mushrooms and mix well with the ribs.
5.
Pour the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms into the vermicelli.
6.
Put the mushroom ribs on top of the vermicelli, and steam in a pot on boiling water for 30 minutes.
Note: The ribs should be marinated for a good taste!
