Steamed Pork Ribs with Soy Sauce and Potatoes

Cut the ribs, blanch them in hot water and remove them for later use.

Add half a teaspoon of salt and some light soy sauce.

Add a spoonful of cooking wine and a spoonful of raw starch, stir well and marinate.

Cut the potatoes into small pieces and arrange them at the bottom of the plate.
5.
Pour the marinated ribs.
6.
Add two spoons of spicy tempeh.
7.
Sprinkle a layer of garlic cloves.
8.
Cut green pepper into sections and sprinkle on top.
9.
Pour a little oyster sauce.
10.
Boil water in the steamer, add the ribs and steam for 10 minutes.
Tips:
If you like to eat potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces. If they are too big, they won’t be easy to cook. If you like potatoes with a bit crunchy texture, just cut them into larger pieces.
