Steamed Pork Ribs with Spicy Powder

Chop pork ribs into small pieces and rinse well.

Add fermented bean curd, glutinous rice grains, high-grade white wine, Pixian oil-made bean paste, pepper powder, ginger juice, sugar color, monosodium glutamate, salt, five-spice rice noodles, chili oil, fresh soup, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

The marinated ribs are sized, and the potatoes are cut into cubes and steamed for 90 minutes.

Scoop out the steamed ribs from the steaming grid. Drizzle chili oil and sprinkle chopped green onion to serve.
Tips:
1. When steaming, it can also be used as a base for total yam, sweet potato, taro, etc.
2. Divide the chili oil twice, add 30 grams when mixing the ingredients, and finally add 50 grams of oil.
3. It is recommended that 600 grams of pork ribs be divided into three bowls and steamed.
4. The electric pressure cooker only needs to be steamed for 40 minutes.
5. When steaming, choose a shallow steaming bowl.
