1. The main materials are ready;

2. Soak the ribs in clean water for 30 minutes, let the water pass several times during this period, remove the blood and drain it for later use;

3. Drain the ribs and put them in a large bowl, add ginger strips, cooking wine, white sugar, and salt to mix evenly, then put them in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour;

4. While the spare ribs are being refrigerated, press the tempeh, mince the green onion and garlic, and chop the chili peppers for later use;

5. Mix starch and water to make water starch;

6. Then put the ribs into the whole plate, and put the ginger under the ribs. Pour starch water on the ribs, sprinkle with tempeh and garlic. Add a spoonful of soy sauce on top and put it in the steamer

7. Because it needs to be steamed for 40 minutes, I usually wrap the dishes with a longer steaming time in tin foil to prevent excess distilled water from entering the dishes;

Tips:

1. Because it takes a long time to marinate, it is not recommended to add starch when marinating;
2. Cut the ribs into smaller pieces for easier flavor.
