Steamed Pork with Lotus Leaf

Prepare fresh pork belly and seasonings;

Cut the pork belly into thin slices, add appropriate amount of soybean paste, fermented bean curd, light soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce according to each person's taste, marinate for flavor, then add steamed pork rice noodles and mix well;

Wash the lotus flavor and place the adjusted pork belly piece by piece on the lotus leaf;

Put it on the pouch, turn it over and put it on the plate;

Steam for 1 hour;

Take out the upside down in the plate;

The salty, soft and waxy steamed pork is ready to eat!
Tips:
1. The pork belly is marinated for a longer time and is more delicious. I marinated it in the morning and then steamed it with steamed meat powder at night;
2. There is no lotus leaf, it can be steamed directly in the plate;
3. The meat is opened one by one until the heat is even.
