Steamed Pork with Sichuan Spices

Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices.

Marinate the meat slices with tempeh, thirteen incense and salt for a while.

While waiting for the pickling time, peel the old pumpkin and cut into thick slices.

Mix the rice noodles, chili noodles, and pepper noodles to coat the slices of meat thickly.
5.
Spread the meat slices evenly on the bottom of the bowl.
6.
Spread the pumpkin on top of the meat slices, as flat as possible, and steam for more than 40 minutes.
7.
After steaming, take out the pot, turn the bowl upside down on the plate, uncover the bowl, and then move the chopsticks.
