8. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into large pieces

9. Put zong leaves on the bottom of the steamer

10. Put in the cut sweet potatoes for the base

11. Spread the mixed rice noodles with pork, put it in the steamer, cover with the lid, and steam for 60 minutes.

Tips:

1. You can also pad some potatoes or sweet potatoes as the base;
2. The amount and taste of rice noodles can be adjusted according to your preference, but at least every piece of meat should be evenly coated with rice noodles.
