I bought a box of prawns at the seafood supermarket! Super big, steam it and eat it!

Steamed Prawns with Garlic Vermicelli

1. Prawns bought in the supermarket

2. Soak the vermicelli in advance and put it on the plate

3. Clean up

4. Use scissors to cut the back of the shrimp

5. Put the open-back prawns on the vermicelli

6. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine

7. Add some salt and spread evenly

8. Add soy sauce

9. Stir-fry garlic in oil until fragrant

10. Pour garlic paste on each part where the back of the shrimp is cut open

11. After the water in the pot is boiled, it will be basketed for 8 minutes

12. After steaming, take out the chopped green onion and minced colored peppers, and drizzle with hot oil.

Tips:

I guess I didn't get it in place when I was processing the shrimps, and all the shrimps turned around after they were steamed!
