Steamed Prawns with Garlic Vermicelli

After washing the prawns, cut off the prawns, soak the vermicelli in boiling water and then wash

Pour the fresh soy sauce into the vermicelli and mix well

Pick the shrimp from the back and rinse it, then use the back of a knife to chop the shrimp back and forth a few times to break the shrimp tendons

Put the vermicelli in the basin first, try to pile it in the middle, and then add the shrimp

Prepare tempeh, minced garlic and chopped green onion

First add the tempeh and minced garlic to the shrimp back evenly

After boiling the steamer, add in the lid and steam for 6 minutes, turn off the heat

Sprinkle the chopped green onion evenly after it is out of the pan

Pour hot oil into the pot and burn it with blue smoke, then turn off the heat

Spread evenly and enjoy
