Steamed Prawns with Garlic Xo Sauce

Prepare ingredients: Thaw sea prawns, prepare garlic and millet peppers

Use scissors to cut a straight line at the link between the head and tail of the shrimp

Remove the shrimp intestines, clean it, and then cut the thick shrimp meat with a knife, don’t cut it

Peel the garlic, pat, flatten, and chop, wash and shred the chili

Put the minced garlic in a bowl, add salt

XO sauce, a little cooking oil, stir well

Marinate for a while

Scoop up the marinated garlic and spread it on top of the shrimp

Put it in the microwave steamer

Then heat the pan and pour the cooking oil

Pour in a little soy sauce, turn off the heat, and sprinkle the millet chili shreds

Tips:
The garlic is marinated for a while to add flavor. The XO sauce itself is refined from seafood and goes well with sea prawns. After the prawns are processed, insert a toothpick into the abdomen of the prawns to support the body of the prawns, and the shape of the prawns will not shrink after being steamed.
