Steamed Prawns with Garlic Xo Sauce

1. Prepare ingredients: Thaw sea prawns, prepare garlic and millet peppers

2. Use scissors to cut a straight line at the link between the head and tail of the shrimp

3. Remove the shrimp intestines, clean it, and then cut the thick shrimp meat with a knife, don’t cut it

4. Peel the garlic, pat, flatten, and chop, wash and shred the chili

7. Marinate for a while

Tips:

The garlic is marinated for a while to add flavor. The XO sauce itself is refined from seafood and goes well with sea prawns. After the prawns are processed, insert a toothpick into the abdomen of the prawns to support the body of the prawns, and the shape of the prawns will not shrink after being steamed.
