I went to the market several times to buy this fish, because I was afraid it would be too bones. I don’t know if it tastes good! After several days of polishing, I finally started after asking the boss of the fish. It is still sweet when steamed.

Steamed Preserved Fish

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. After the fish is cleaned, marinate with a little salt for 10 minutes.

3. Shred the ginger slices and mince the garlic.

4. Spread ginger shreds on the fish.

5. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot.

6. Put the fish in the pot and steam for 15 minutes.

7. After steaming, discard the excess water.

8. Pour a little soy sauce.

9. Put the oil in the pan, boil the oil and pour it on the fish.

Tips:

The steaming time depends on the size of the fish.
