Steamed Pumpkin with Soy Sauce and Garlic

                                Cut pumpkin into small strips;

                                Mix the pumpkin with salt and spread in a steaming bowl;

                                Wash the tempeh and drain the water, finely chop the millet pepper, chop the garlic cloves, and chop the green onion;

                                Heat oil in a pot, add tempeh, minced garlic and half of the small hot peppers and stir fry until fragrant;

                                Spread the fried ingredients on top of the pumpkin, put it in the pot and steam for about 6 minutes, then take it out;

                                Sprinkle with the remaining chopped peppers and chopped green onion.
