Steamed Quail Eggs with Mushrooms and Water Chestnuts

Chopped green onion and ginger water chestnuts, meat quail eggs set aside

Soak and wash the shiitake mushrooms
3.
Add the scallion, ginger, water chestnuts and seasonings to the minced meat and stir well
4.
Spread the meat thinly into the mushrooms
5.
Spread the quail eggs on top of the meat and steam in a pot on high heat for 20 minutes. You can pour the sauce as you like
