Steamed Quail Eggs with Shiitake Mushrooms

Preparation materials: 7 shiitake mushrooms (larger) and 7 quail eggs!

Wash the mushrooms and remove the stalks with scissors. Remember to go more! Put the shiitake mushrooms on the plate, and use a spoon to put a few drops of oil on each shiitake mushroom!

Put a quail egg into each shiitake mushroom and sprinkle a small amount of fine salt!

Put the water in the steamer to boil, put the mushrooms on the plate and steam for about 15 minutes!

After 15 minutes, carefully remove the plates and sprinkle a little green onion on each top!

Just top it with light soy sauce!
Tips:
For shiitake mushrooms, choose a larger one, with a deeper pit. When removing the stalk, remove more points to form a deep pit!
