Steamed Red Bean Ice Cream
1.
Mix the sticky rice flour and glutinous rice flour evenly, pour 60 grams of water and stir.
2.
The stirred powder has large particles, crush it with a spoon.
3.
Sift the mixed powder, and sif through the granules with a spoon.
4.
I have passed the sieve three times, and don’t crush the powder.
5.
Spread a layer of cooking oil on the mold, pour the rice noodles into the mold with a spoon, to one-third of the mold, put the red bean paste, and then spread a layer of rice noodles.
6.
Use the back of the spoon to gently scrape the rice noodles, making sure not to press it hard.
7.
Put it in the lower middle of the oven, steam mode, 110 degrees, 25 minutes. (I use the Haiernen oven T3. If you use a steamer, steam it for 25 minutes.)
8.
It's steamed!
9.
Let it dry for a while and buckle upside down on the plate.
10.
