Steamed Ribs

Soak the ribs in the water for a while and run out of blood.

Wash the ribs and put them in a bowl.
3.
Cut a few slices of ginger and put on top.
4.
Pour in cooking wine, salt and light soy sauce.
5.
I put it on the rice cooker when I was cooking. When the rice is good, the ribs are ready. It's convenient and delicious!
