Steamed Ribs with Enoki Mushroom

The chopped ribs are soaked in cold water and washed in bleeding water

Cut off the head of the enoki mushroom and tear it into small sticks

Dried pork ribs, add salt, steamed fish soy sauce, dark soy sauce, peanut oil, garlic crisps, ginger and starch, mix well and marinate for flavor

Put the enoki mushrooms on the plate

Served with marinated ribs
