I wanted to eat steamed glutinous rice ribs. I just had glutinous rice at home, so I bought half a catty of ribs. Later I found out that I forgot to buy lotus leaves, so I made a simple version of steamed glutinous rice ribs.

Steamed Ribs with Glutinous Rice

1. Ready glutinous rice and ribs

2. Soak the glutinous rice overnight in advance

3. After washing the ribs, make a few marks on the surface

4. Seasoning: light soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn starch, fermented bean curd, peanut butter, sugar, pour into a container and mix well

5. Put the ribs in the seasoning, mix well and put them in the refrigerator overnight

6. Drain the soaked glutinous rice

7. Add the right amount of salt and chicken essence and mix well

8. Take a stainless steel plate and apply oil around it

9. Take a piece of ribs and put it in glutinous rice and dip glutinous rice

10. Put the ribs soaked with glutinous rice into the oiled butterfly, and then pour the remaining glutinous rice into the butterfly

11. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pressure cooker, put it on a shelf, and put the butterfly in it

12. Tighten the lid of the pressure cooker, select meat ribs as the ingredients, select nutritional steaming for the cooking method, and then press the start program.

Tips:

1. The glutinous rice must be soaked one night in advance
2. It is easier to make a few marks on the ribs
