Steamed Ribs with Glutinous Rice Flour

Cut the small row into cold water, add cooking wine to boil, blanch

Add all the seasonings and marinate for more than one hour and then soak the glutinous rice in water.

Be sure to mix the seasoning evenly so that every rib is covered with the seasoning

Marinate the ribs and drain the glutinous rice later. Put it in the ribs and move it with your hands to make it evenly spread on the ribs. Don't use chopsticks or hands. This will break the ribs. I like to use a big pot for pickling these things.

For the bottom dish, I used sliced sweet potatoes and spread it under the steaming pan. Put ginger and green onion on top of the ribs, put it in a steamer and steam over high heat

Steam for an hour, then turn off the heat for five minutes. Put some chopped green onion out of the pot
