Steamed Ribs with Taro and Chestnuts

Rinse the ribs with water, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, sugar, pepper, salt, chicken powder, wood powder, thirteen spices, and oil to marinate.

Dice the taro, put the steamed chestnuts in a plate, add a little salt and chicken powder and mix well.
3.
Put the marinated ribs on top of the taro chestnuts.
4.
Steam it in an electric pressure cooker.
5.
Serve directly.
