Steamed Salted Fish with Green Beans

Ingredients: salted mackerel, green beans

Accessories: cooking wine, light soy sauce, green onions, ginger

Chop the salted fish into pieces

Soak in water for more than 2 hours

Chop the green onion and ginger

Wash the soaked fish pieces, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, green onions, and ginger

Tips:
There are no green beans, if you replace them with corn kernels, it's probably not bad.
