Steamed Scallops with Garlic Fans

Break open the scallop to remove the black part inside.

Wash the scallops with a brush to remove the mud and sand.

Soak the vermicelli in warm water for 4 hours.

Finely chop celery and garlic.

Put salad oil in the pot, add half of the garlic, fry until fragrant and turn off the heat, then add chili powder and mix well.

Put in a container, add light soy sauce, the remaining minced garlic, celery and sesame oil, mix well.

The fans are cut into inch pieces.

Put the vermicelli under the shell and the scallop meat on the top, and put it in the steamer.

Add the mixed juice, bring to a boil, and steam for 7 minutes.

Chop the red pepper and green onion and sprinkle under the scallop garnish.
Tips:
Fans must soak thoroughly, and the scallops made in this way do not dry.
