Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

Prepare the ingredients. When you buy the scallops, you can ask the boss to open them and clean the shells with a brush.

Use a knife to take out the scallop meat in the middle and rinse it well.

Marinate the scallop meat with a little cooking wine and pepper.

The vermicelli is soaked in water to soften.
