Father's Day is approaching. In addition to giving gifts, I believe that cooking a meal for the other half will make him more happy. Steamed scallops with garlic vermicelli is a common seafood in Cantonese restaurants. It is simple to prepare, delicious, and rich in garlic. You can make steamed scallops that are as delicious as restaurants at home!

Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

1. Prepare the ingredients. When you buy the scallops, you can ask the boss to open them and clean the shells with a brush.

2. Use a knife to take out the scallop meat in the middle and rinse it well.

3. Marinate the scallop meat with a little cooking wine and pepper.

4. The vermicelli is soaked in water to soften.

5. The garlic is ready.

6. The soaked vermicelli is cut into 10 cm long pieces, and the scallop meat is placed on the shell.

7. Heat oil in the pot, take half of the garlic and sauté fragrant, then pour in the soy sauce, fry the fragrant, put the sauce and set aside.

8. Top each scallop with a little garlic sauce made just now.

9. Put the minced garlic in the pot and steam it on high heat for 5 minutes. When the vermicelli becomes transparent, turn off the heat and remove, then sprinkle on the green onion.

Tips:

1. Try to buy fresh scallops, but you need to remove the dirt by yourself, leaving only the white scallop muscles
2. If you like spicy food, put a little chili on it
3. Steamed vermicelli scallops should be eaten hot to ensure a fresh, tender and smooth taste.
