Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

Soak the vermicelli in boiling water

Minced green onion, garlic and chili

Put the oil in the pot and heat it to 60%. Turn the heat to low, add the chopped green onion, garlic and chili, a little light soy sauce, and a little salt. (I added some old godmother, but I don’t need to add it)

Tips:
There are no green onions at home, otherwise, after the last step, you can sprinkle chopped green onions and drizzle with hot oil to make it more delicious.
