Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

The scallops are cleaned and marinated in cooking wine for a while, and the vermicelli is soaked in advance to soften

After pressing the single head garlic into garlic paste, add it to the hot oil and turn off the heat, and fry the garlic fragrant

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir well for later use

After the scallop shell is cleaned with a toothbrush, put an appropriate amount of vermicelli and a scallop meat in the shell

Pour a spoonful of garlic soy sauce and put it in the steaming dish

Fill the water tank with pure water and put it back on the machine

Put the steaming tray on the bottom of the machine, use the knob to select the original steam for 14 minutes, I actually used 12 minutes

Take out the steamed scallops and put them on a plate. Sprinkle with chopped carrots and chopped green onions, drizzle with hot oil and sauté the chopped green onions.
Tips:
I used it for 12 minutes, and it still feels a bit too much!
