Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

Soak two small handfuls of mung bean vermicelli first.

Scallops are killed and washed well.

Scrap off the scallop meat with a spoon.

Chop garlic, chopped green onion and set aside.

Stir-fry the garlic in a hot pan until it has a fragrance, and don't fry until it's golden.

Add a little water, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, and oyster sauce to seasoning and boil on and off.

The scallop shells are arranged one by one, and the soft soaked vermicelli is plated into the shell, and the scallop meat is placed.

The cooked garlic sauce is drizzled on top of the scallops.

Bring water to a boil and steam on high heat for about 8 minutes.
10.
Just sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
