Steamed Scallops with Vermicelli and Garlic

Prepare the ingredients (if you don't have steamed fish and soy sauce, you can change to soy sauce or oyster sauce. In addition, prepare some red peppers for garnish, I forgot to take pictures with them...)

Garlic peeled and chopped

Just leave one side of the scallop shell, wash and set aside, there is a black thing on the scallop to be removed. The fans are soaked in advance, cut off a little, put on the shells and plated, and then put the scallops on top

Steam it in a pot, sprinkle a little salt and chicken essence, and put the green onion and ginger on top (because it will be removed later). Another method is to pour salt and steamed fish soy sauce (oyster sauce or soy sauce) directly on the scallops, and then steam them. There are many other ways to do this step, depending on which one you prefer~ it will steam for about 10-15 minutes

Start to fry the garlic, pour oil in the pan, add the garlic and fry it to get the fragrance

Take out the steamed scallops, pour the steamed fish soy sauce on top, and drizzle the fried garlic

Finally, chop the red bell peppers that you forgot to take a moment ago, and put them on the scallops, it's OK!!!
