Steamed Sea Bass

Wash the sea bass after handling and dry it with kitchen paper

Spread the inside and outside of the fish with a little salt and cooking wine, and marinate for 10 minutes

Set the steam temperature of Midea's electric steamer to 100℃, 8 minutes

Put the fish in after preheating, steam for 8 minutes, don’t take it out immediately and simmer for 3-5 minutes

For the steamed fish, remove the ginger and green onions, and pour out the soup in the plate

Sprinkle shredded ginger and spring onions on the fish

Pour a spoonful of hot peanut oil and try to pour it on the ginger onion

Add steamed fish soy sauce and garnish with red chili rings

The sea bass must be fresh and taste good;
If the fish is relatively large, you can appropriately increase the steaming time, and use a knife on the fish to taste:
The steamed fish soup must be discarded, otherwise the fish will be very fishy.
