Steamed Sea Bass

Buy a fresh sea bass and let the fishmonger kill it to remove the gills and internal organs. After washing it, the fish will be sliced on both sides to facilitate the marinating process. Add salt, cooking wine, and soy sauce. Spread the green onion and ginger under the fish. Place the sliced meat with the ginger. Spread the green onions. Remember to put ginger and green onions in the belly of the fish. Marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Bring to a boil and steam for 10 minutes.

After being out of the pot, top with steamed fish soy sauce, top with minced garlic, shredded green onions, and spicy minced rice. Bring the oil to a boil and pour over it.
Tips:
The steaming time should not be too long, and the last step of oiling is also very important. The aroma is compelling and the meat is delicious.
