Because the plate space is limited, only two sections can be cut. I usually put light white on the bottom of the plate so that it won't stick to the bottom. Put ginger slices on

Steam for 4 minutes, take out, pour in soy sauce, put on shallots and coriander

Pour the oil into the fire until it smokes, and then evenly drizzle the fish on the surface.
Tips:
Don't put the seasoning when steaming
