Today, my husband bought two live sea basses. It is rare to buy live sea bass! Such fresh sea bass must of course be steamed. Steaming is the best way to experience the deliciousness of sea bass. Naturally, my husband and I, who love fish, cannot let go of this delicious way of eating.

Steamed Sea Bass

1. Prepare the following ingredients: clean fresh sea bass and put it on the plate, prepare coriander, ginger, onion, garlic, carrot, and pepper;

2. Cut carrots, green onions, and ginger into fine shreds, smash the garlic, and chop the coriander in half.

3. Cut the sea bass diagonally with a knife a few times on both sides, so that it is easy to taste;

4. Put an appropriate amount of water in the steamer, and after the water boils, put the fish in the steamer for steaming;

5. Steam for 7 to 8 minutes, adjust the time according to the size of the fish;

6. Pour out the fish soup after steaming, then transfer the fish to another clean fish dish, add shredded green onions, ginger, minced garlic, carrots and coriander;

7. Pour some steamed fish soy sauce;

8. Put an appropriate amount of blended oil in the wok, and then add the peppercorns to fry it to get the fragrance;

9. Pour hot oil on the fish while it is hot;

Tips:

1. The fish used in the steamed fish must be fresh, only in this way can the delicious taste of the fish be reflected;

2. When steaming fish, be sure to put hot water in the pot, not in a pot under cold water, and pour the oil while it is hot.
