Steamed Sea Bass

Prepare the following ingredients: clean fresh sea bass and put it on the plate, prepare coriander, ginger, onion, garlic, carrot, and pepper;

Cut carrots, green onions, and ginger into fine shreds, smash the garlic, and chop the coriander in half.
