Steamed Sea Bass

Cut the sea bass with a knife on both sides

Put two chopsticks on the bottom of the sea bass, sprinkle some shredded ginger on the surface, and steam for 8 minutes on high heat;

Prepare appropriate amount of shredded red pepper and green onion;
4.
Place the shredded red pepper and green onion on the surface of the cooked sea bass, drizzle with hot oil and light soy sauce (or steamed fish soy sauce) before serving.
Tips:
The steaming time should be well controlled. Insufficient time or overtime will affect the taste.
