Steamed Sea Bass

After the fish is cleaned, put a flower knife on the fish, and then use cooking wine, salt, onion and ginger to drown it for later use.

After submerging the fish, place it on a plate, spread the sliced ham, mushroom slices, diced pork, green onion and ginger evenly on the fish, put it in a steamer and steam for ten to fifteen minutes (depending on the size of the fish) time).

Sprinkle shredded green onion on the fish after it is out of the pot, then sprinkle a layer of steamed fish soy sauce, and finally drizzle with a layer of hot oil.

Tips:
Be sure to put fat diced meat to make the fish more delicate. The fish must be fresh.
