Steamed Sea Fish Cubes with Chopped Pepper

Naturally thaw the cod pieces, wash and set aside; put the chopped pepper sauce in a bowl for later use

Chop garlic and chop pepper and stir evenly; pour on the cod fillet and let stand for about 5 minutes

Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam for 8 minutes on high heat; sprinkle with chopped shallots and drizzle with hot oil.
