Scallion, ginger and garlic are indispensable for steaming fish, but there is another trick, which not only removes the fishy smell but also enhances the fragrance, that is, after the fish is steamed, sprinkle with pepper and chopped green onion, and drizzle it with boiling oil. "

Steamed Sea Fish with Scallion, Ginger and Garlic

1. The fish is slaughtered and cleaned to remove water.

2. Slice green onion and ginger and squash the garlic.

3. Add the light soy sauce, chicken essence, and oil to the fish for a while.

4. Put the green onion, ginger and garlic on top of the fish.

5. Cover with heat-resistant plastic wrap.

6. After the water in the steamer boils, put the fish in and steam for about 10 minutes.

7. Take out the pepper and chopped green onion (the green onion is not used today).

8. Put on boiling oil and it's OK.
