Steamed Sea Oysters with Garlic Vermicelli

Vermicelli soaked in cold water

Frozen sea oysters are thawed and rinsed

Spread the soaked vermicelli on the bottom of the container.

Tips:
The garlic oil may need a little bit more, so you don’t need to pour it all in. If the oil is too big, it will be greasy, just add it as appropriate.
